Epic Floors is a wood flooring specialist based in Orpington, covering Bromley, Bexley and the surrounding Kent and south-east London areas. We sand, restore, repair and fit wood floors — nothing else. Most of the floors we work on are already there, hidden under carpet, paint or forty years of wear. Bringing an original floor back is almost always cheaper than replacing it, and the result is a floor you cannot buy new.

Not sure if your floor can be saved?
Send us a photo. Most floors that look beyond help — grey, stained, paint-spattered, gapped — come back fine. Sanding removes less than a millimetre of timber, and a solid floor can take it many times over.
We will tell you honestly whether sanding will work, or whether you are better off replacing.
